I'm not sure where "deaf" comes in on this (so maybe you could explain!) - but how about "journey through snowy wastes" for a title?

Ok! minor explanation, the deaf is hinting at that the figure in the foreground is unaware of the background, and deception maybe because he is aware~

That's the the guys in the back are so very.. t(o_o;t )
